L.7~~~ W~~~C~ ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT WHEREAS, the undersigned, B-G-K DEVELOPMENT OF NEBRASKA, LTD., a Nebraska limited partnership, is the Assignee of a certain Contract of Sale for the purchase of the following described real estate, to-wit: Lots One {1), Two {2), Three {3), and Four (~}), in Lindsay Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and WHEREAS, a Notice of Contract of Sale has been recorded ifl the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 25th day of Juiy, 1978, which notice is recorded as Document No. 78-009711, and WHEREAS, the undersigned wish to assign such contract rights to LARRY G. BOESEN, Trustee, NOW, THEREFORE: For value received, the undersigned, Assignor herein, hereby assign. transfer, and set over unto Larry G. Bowen, Trustee, Assignee herein, all of its right, title, and interest in and Lo the above-mentioned Contract of Sale, subject to all the terms and conditions thereof. B-G-R 7evelopment of Nebraska, Ltd., further quitclaims to Assignee all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described property, to-wit: Lots One {1), Two (2), Three {3), and Four {9), in Lindsay Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Assignors herein agree to remain secondarily liable to the performar,ee of the afore-mentioned Contract of Saie, and nt>thiner herein contained shall relieve Assignors herein of their obligation to Whoiiy perform under said contract ar tQ make such paymeats as may be required thereunder in th+e event of de#ault therein by Assignee.
