SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED The CITY OF GRAND ZSLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, herein called the GRANTOR, in consideration of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) received from GRANTEES, does hereby gra~it, bargain, sell, convey, ~.nd confirm unto DELBERT D. THEASMEYER and LOIS A. THEASMEYER, husband and wife, as joint tenants, the following described real ` property in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Seven (7), Biock Thirty-Two (32), Lambert's Addition *-o the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the PREriISES. To have aid to hold the above described premises unto the G:a,~tees a.~' to Gr~t~s' he~~, ~.d a~.,ig~.,s fo~~..~~ sv long o~ the Premises is used in conformity with the Urban Renewal Plan and the Community Deve_opment Plan of the City of Grand Island, and so long as all of the following conditions are met: 1. Grantees shall develop the Premises herein conveyed for residential use in accordance with Grantees' proposal to purchase said Premises, which proposal is on file with the Community Develop-went Agency, togeti'ar with the final plans for said redevelopment approved by the Community Development Ager_cy and chief' building official of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. 2.
