<br /> <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />The CITY OF GRAND ZSLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation, <br />herein called the GRANTOR, in consideration of One Thousand Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) received from GRANTEES, does hereby <br />gra~it, bargain, sell, convey, ~.nd confirm unto <br />DELBERT D. THEASMEYER and LOIS A. THEASMEYER, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants, the following described real <br />` property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Seven (7), Biock Thirty-Two (32), Lambert's <br />Addition *-o the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />hereinafter referred to as the PREriISES. <br />To have aid to hold the above described premises unto the <br />G:a,~tees a.~' to Gr~t~s' he~~, ~.d a~.,ig~.,s fo~~..~~ sv long o~ <br />the Premises is used in conformity with the Urban Renewal Plan <br />and the Community Deve_opment Plan of the City of Grand Island, <br />and so long as all of the following conditions are met: <br />1. Grantees shall develop the Premises herein conveyed for <br />residential use in accordance with Grantees' proposal to purchase <br />said Premises, which proposal is on file with the Community <br />Develop-went Agency, togeti'ar with the final plans for said <br />redevelopment approved by the Community Development Ager_cy and <br />chief' building official of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />2. Grantees shall begin construction of the improvements an <br />the Premises vi.thin six {{) tenths from the date of this deed of <br />conveyance, and said construction shall be completed within one <br />(l) year from the date of this deed unless completion time is <br />waived by the Director of the Community Development Agency as a <br />result of acts ar conditions beyond the control of the Grantees. <br />The residential project shall be deemed completed as of the date <br />that the Director of Community Development Agency finally examines <br />the Pre3ai.ses and finds it to met the requirements of the plans <br />ssad speeificatians proposed, submitted and approved for the <br />re$idet~t.al devela}~ment pursuant to the Urban Renewal Pian and <br />the Comity Development Pian for the residential project. <br />3. 6z~aatees shall net discriminate upon the basis of race, <br />
