80-+~1~f~36JB <br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATTVE`S DEED <br />THIS DEED made and executed this Z2ntlday of February, <br />19$0, by and between KAREi1 SUE SALPAS, of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, Personal Representative of the Estate <br />of JOYCE ELAINE ROBIDEAU, Deceased, late of Grand Island, <br />Ha11 County, Nebraska, Grantor, and DONALD DEAN KISER and <br />VEL~IA J. KISER, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right <br />of survivorship, Grantees. <br />IdITNESSETH: That Karen Sue Salpas, being the duly appointed, <br />qualified, and acting Personal Representative of the Estate <br />of Joyce £iaine Robideau, Deceased, and pursuant to the Order <br />of the Court dated January lb, 1980, wherein the Hall County <br />Court approves sale of the following described property, and <br />in consideration of the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUI3DRED <br />DOLLARS ($15,500.00), to her paid by Grantees, receipt whereof <br />is hereby acimowiedged, does, by these presents, grant, bar- <br />gain, sell, remise, release, convey, and confirm untc the <br />Grantees, the following described real estate situated in <br />the Comity of Hall, State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br />Lot Fourteen (1'+), Block Two (2), Dale Roush Addition, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, <br />and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining <br />thereto and also all of the estate, right, title, interest, <br />property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever which the <br />said Joyce Elaine Robideau hats in her lifetime and at the rime <br />of her death, and which the Grantor has, by virtue of her <br />appointment as Personal Representative, or otherwise, of, in, <br />or to the above granted premises and every part and parcel there- <br />of with the appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances there- <br />unto belonging unto the Grantees and to their successors and <br />assigns forever_ <br />And I, `t;AREN SUS. SALPAS, for myself, my heirs and successors, <br />do covenant, promise, and agree to and with the Grantees that <br />I am lawfully the Personal Representative of the Joyce Elaine <br />Robideau Estate, and that as such, I am lawfully seised of <br />said premises, that said premises are free from encumbrances, <br />and that I have the pawer to convey and have acted in making <br />this conveyance in pursuance of the Order of the Hall County <br />Court dated 3auuary lb, 1980, approving this sale and author- <br />i~iz~ me to e$ecute a deed :,f conveyance, and that I have not <br />made, done, or suffered any act, matter, or thing whatsoever <br />as Personal Representative whereby the above granted premises, <br />or any part thereof will, shall, or may be impeached, charged, <br />or encumbered in any marcher whatsoever. <br />IN WITA]ESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto set her hand the <br />day and year first above written. <br />Karen Sue Salpas, ersonal Representative <br />of the Estate of Joyce Elaine Robideau, <br />Deceased <br />
