<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />Alvin Bruenger, Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />Arthur P. Bruenger, deceased, pursuant to authority granted by
<br />the Last Will and Testament of Arthur P. Bruenger, deceased, in
<br />consideration of Twenty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
<br />($25,500.00), received from grantee, do°s grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto Kenton E. Sorensen, grantee, the follow-
<br />ing described real property:
<br />All of Lot Two (2), in Block Twenty-Three (23),
<br />in Russcl '+~ecler's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting that part
<br />thereof deeded to the Central Power Company by Deed
<br />recorded in Book 75, at Page 396, of the official
<br />records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to any easements and restrictions of record, together
<br />wtih all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand
<br />whatsoever of said deceased of, in and to the same, or any
<br />Fart thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property
<br />and all tenements, hexeditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns
<br />forever, and the grantor hereby covenants that the real
<br />Property herein described is free and clear of any Tien or
<br />enc~cbrante causnd by any claim for taxes levied against the
<br />Estate of Arthur P, Bruenger, deceased.
