He~is the Chairman of the Hall County Housing <br />Authority. <br />2, The Hall County Housing Authority is the owner <br />of that property described as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot One (1), <br />Golden Age Village Second Subdivision and a part of <br />vacated Caret/ Avenue lying West of and adjacent to <br />said Lot One (1), all in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot One <br />(i); said point being One Hundred Forty One and Sixty <br />Four Hundredths (1L1.64) Feet North of the Southwest <br />corner of said Lot One (1); thence Westerly perpend- <br />icular to the West line of said Lot One (1) a distance <br />of Eighty-One and Two Tenths (81.2) feet to a point <br />on the West line of vacated Carey Avenue; thence <br />Northerly along the West line of vacated Carey Avenue <br />a distance of Two Hundred Ninety Tcro and Three Hundredths <br />(292.03) Feet; thence deflecting right 90o00t and running <br />Easterly a distance of Eighty One and Two Tenths Feet to <br />a point on the West sine of said Lot One (1}, said point <br />being at the point of intersection of the prolongatior. <br />of the southwesterly line of Stoeger Drive with the West <br />line of Baia Lot One (1); thence Southeasterly along said <br />prolongation $ distance of Z1ao Hundred Thirteen (213.0) <br />feet; thence running Southwesterly, parallel to the pro- <br />longation of the Northwesterly line of Baumann Drive a <br />distance of Two Hundred and Fifteen Hundredths (200.10 <br />feet to the point of beginning, <br />and is in possession of such property. <br />3.
