<br />Cairo, ~iebra$ka) to-wit:

<br />Three {3), Block Two (2), Fifth Addition to Cairo, Hall

<br />3. in September of 3979, Jerry's Sheet Metal, Heating 5
<br />Gaoling, Inn., by and throagh its duly authorized officers,
<br />entered into an oral contract with Annetta M. Hock, James M.

<br />electrical, plumbing and general duct work labor and material to
<br />be placed upon tlxe real estate. In compliance with the contract,
