<br />in which George E. Clayton and Dorothy J. Clayton are the sellers
<br />and Town and Gauntry Realty of Grar_d island, Inc., is the buyer.
<br />Provided, however, this assig~ent is made to secure payment
<br />to the assignees of advances mace under a line of credit with
<br />the assignor, a copy of which line of credit is attached hereto
<br />and made a part 'rereaf by reTarence. It tie assignor Shall well
<br />and truly repay ail advances in accordance with said agreement
<br />then this assignment shall be void, atherwise, it shall remain in
<br />full force and effect, and *_he assignee may take such steps as
<br />are available to it under the law or under the contract for sale
<br />of real estate, and this assignment.
