<br />on August 2, 1978, in the offioe of the Register of Deeds, Nall.COunty,
<br />Nebraska, in coT.sideration of the Mortgagee's pertain prcmi.ssory note
<br />in the amount of $150,000.00, which is a valiA subsisting ohliaation of. the
<br />Mortgagor and that payment of the rateinder of the principal and accrued
<br />interest thereon will be caue according to the terns of the aforementioned
<br />first real estate mortgage, with the following modification:

<br />24odificatioa and F~ctension Agreement is made a part of the original first
<br />real estate rortgacPe by refern~ce and shall inure tQ all successors and
<br />assigns and their heirs.
