80- ~~~ <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO EXTEND THE BOUNDARIES AND INCLUDE WITHIN <br />THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF, AND TO ANNEX TO, THE VILLAGE OF ALDA, <br />NEBRASKA, CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS LAND IN THE SOUTH HALF OF THE <br />SOUTHEAST QUARTER {S?fSE~y), AND PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER <br />OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SE?~SW4) OF SECTION FIVE (5), TQWNSFiIP <br />TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN {10) WEST Or^ THE 6TH P. M. IN HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "1" <br />ATTACHED HERETO; <br />HE IT ORDAINED BY THE ('fiAIRT~:Af? ANT? BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE. <br />VILLAGE OF ALDA, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. It is hereby found and determined by said Chair- <br />man and Board of Trustees that: <br />(a) A tract of land comprising a part of the South <br />Hai£ of the Southeast Quarter (S?sSE~) and part of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter {SE4SW~) of Section Five {5), <br />Township Ten {lfl) North, Range Ter. (i0) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Ball C~:ntu NebrasnG, n.,. ~ ,e_,y <br />y, ~avxc Par t3iuiex.x described 3n Eachibit "i" <br />attached hereto, is urban and suburban in character and contiguous <br />to the corporate limits of the Village of Alda; <br />(b) 'T'here is a unity of interest in the use of said <br />tract with the use of lots and tracts in said Village and the <br />community convenience and welfare and the interest of said Village <br />will be enhanced through incorporating said tract within the limits <br />of said Village. <br />SECTION 2. That the ~~oundaries of the Village of Aldo, Nebraska, <br />be, and hereby ara, extended to irciude within tY:e corporate limits <br />of said Village the contiguous and adjacent laid described as a Hart <br />of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter {S~SE?~), and Bart of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SEaSk`~) of Section Five <br />(S), Township Ten {10) North, Range Ten {10) West of the 6th P.M. <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, :~~ore particularly described in Exhibit "l." <br />attached hereto. <br />SECTION 3, Said land above described in Section ~ of this <br />Ordir~arce is hereb} annexed to the Village of Alda, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />.SECTION ~3. This ordinance is enacted under authority of and <br />ins reliance upon Nebraska Revised Statute Section 17-405.01, <br />SECTION 5.
