<br />~~ ~~~ SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Gerald Frederiksen and June Frederiksen, as "husband <br />and wife, each in his and her own right as spouse of the <br />other," herein called the Grantors in consideration of <br />Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($5,000,00} received from <br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Donald D. and Frances J.
