<br />tion of partial payment of the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage
<br />described in this Partial Release of Mortgage, release the following
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (i4) and Fifteen {15)
<br />in Hidden Lakes Subdivision Number Four, Aall County,
<br />Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br />from the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage given on a part of the
<br />lots of the Subdivision and on other land described in the Mortgage
<br />executed by Harald Green, Jr. and Delores A. Green, husband and
<br />wife, Mortgagors, to Nellie Maxine Luther 2vunnenkarnp and Ralph Maddox,
<br />Mortgagees, on October 3, 1977, and recorded on October 7, 1477, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document :+io. 77-005860, given as security for the payment of the
<br />debt described in the 3~ortgage.
<br />This Partial Release ox Mortgage is given on the express condi-
<br />tian it shall in no way affect the lien of the Mortgage on the
<br />remaining land described in the Mortgage cut shaii oniy be construted
<br />as release from the lien of the Mortgage as to the zeal estate
<br />specifica~.ly described in this Partial Release of Mortgage.
<br />LeRoy Iuunnenkamp, husband of Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamp,
<br />and Helen Haddox, wife of Ralph Maddox, join their respective spouses
<br />in esecutiag an3 delivering this Partial Release of Mortgage for
