<br />one-fourth interest; DOROTHY MCNEES, a one-fourth interest;
<br />GARY ANTHONY VOSS, a one-twelfth interest; DEBRA ANN EICKHOFF,
<br />a one-twelfth interest; and JULIE ANN ROBERTS, a one-twelfth
<br />interest, Grantees.
