BROWNELL, being s`irst duly sworn upon oath, <br />deposes and says that he is the attorney for Dick Cavenee <br />and Colleen Cavenee, and on the ~i-4 day of February, <br />1980, he mailed a notice of the filing of a Mechanic's Lien <br />against the following described property, to-wit; <br />Lot Five (5), Hidden Lakes Subdivision No. 1, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />to Randall K. Boesen, 304 Pleasant Drive, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska 68801, the registered agent for Ran-Lar, Inc., <br />the party shown to be the record owner of such property on <br />the indices of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />being the only address known to the Affiant.
