<br />the m-0rtgage records of Hall County, Piinnesota on the following described
<br />real estate in said County an State, to-wit:

<br />liens aitach, and prior to all liens, encumbrances or defects which may arise except
<br />such liens or ather matters as have been approved by the assignee hereunder; (c) the
<br />undersigned 'nos good right to assign the said Mortgage and Note secured thereby; and
