<br />and filed for record on February 13 79 64, in $ook 133 at page 293 0$~
<br />the m-0rtgage records of Hall County, Piinnesota on the following described
<br />real estate in said County an State, to-wit:

<br />Mortgage the same as it right or could have done were these presents not executed, but

<br />priority of said Mortgage; {b) the said Mortgage is a good and valid first lien and is
<br />prig to all mechanics' and materialmen's liens filed for record regardless of when such
<br />liens aitach, and prior to all liens, encumbrances or defects which may arise except
<br />such liens or ather matters as have been approved by the assignee hereunder; (c) the
<br />undersigned 'nos good right to assign the said Mortgage and Note secured thereby; and
