In consideration of the accep- <br />tance of the plat of said Coach Place Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby <br />consent and agree with the Gity of Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will <br />install or provide at their expense the fallowing improvements. <br />1. Residential Developme^.t: The proposed subdivision constitutes <br />a planned unit development, pursuant to Section 36-?1 of the Grand Island <br />City Code. For that reason, the Bevelopers agree that the continuing <br />raquirett~nts of Section 3b-'?r of the Grand Island City Code pertaining <br />to residential planned unit development will be complied with by the <br />Developezs. <br />_. Paving: The paving of Stagecoach Raad has been completed as a <br />result of the development of Riverside Estates Unit 1 and Regency Sy The <br />Green Subdivision. The Developers agree to assume all obligations of <br />the paving of Stagecoach Road which may have been incurred as a result <br />of the development of the prior subdivision. <br />3. k~ater. ?~s a result of the development of Riverside Estates Unit <br />1 a-id Regency By The Green Subdivision, city water main service is avail- <br />able to said subdivision. T*ie Developers agree to connect all structures <br />within said subdivision to city water prior to the issuance of any <br />occupancy permits_ The Developers further agree to pay any and all <br />connection charges or any and all assessments as a result of the con- <br />struction of city water service which serves said subdivision. <br />- 2 - <br />
