$Q~ ~~~~ MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />Dion D. Loekenga and Reuby F. Loekenga, Nusband and Wife, whether one
<br />or more, herein called the Mortgagor, and The Overland National Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska, herein called the
<br />Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a r'irst
<br />real estate mortgage dated April 2, 1979, and recorded April 13, 1979, as
<br />Document No. 79-002133 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hail County,
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of the Mortgaclee's certain promissory note in
<br />the amount of $35,OIIO.CO, which is a valid subsisting obligation of the
<br />Mortgagor and that payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued
<br />interest thereof will be due according to the terms of the aforementioned
<br />first real estate mortgage, modified and payable as fcllows:
<br />A note dated April 2, 1979, an which a balance of~'35,000.00
<br />ruins unpaid, will be repaid on tiay 28, 1980, with accrued
<br />interest at the rate of 11.75'- per annum from January 29,
<br />1480, to maturity.
