<br />1. She is the duly elected officer of Hooker Brothers, Inc.,
<br />and as said officer verifies this account in writing for and on
<br />behalf of Hooker Brothers, Inc.
<br />2. Town & Country Realty Of Grand island, Inc., a corporation,
<br />is the owner of the following-describe3 real estate situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3}, in Setag
<br />Subdivision ir. the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />3_ In October of 39'79, Hooker Brothers, Inc. entered into an
<br />eral contract with :s'heeler Construction, Inc., as general contractor
<br />for Town 3 Country Realty Of Grand Island, Inc_, for the sale and
<br />delivery of sand material to be placed upon the real estate. In
<br />compliance with the contract, Hooker Brothers, Inc. furnished such
<br />material to the real estate.
<br />4. The date the first item of materials was furnished and
<br />delivered was October 4, 1979, and the date the last item of materials
<br />was furnished find delivered was October 26, 3979.
<br />~. The total cost of the sand material fur..^.i shed pursuant
<br />to the contract was the su,-n of Five Hundred Fifty-Five ,;nd 79!100
<br />Dollars ($555._79}. Bore of said amount has beer. paid, leaving a
<br />balance presently due of Five Hundred Fifty-r^ive Ard 74100 Dollars
<br />(5555.7'9) .
<br />b, °Sheze is now due and owing from Wheeler Construction, Inc.,
<br />as general contracts-r ft~r Towr. & Country Realty Of Grand Island, Tnc.,
<br />a^d fry Town & Co*w^atry Realty Of Grand Island, Inc. to Hooker Brothers,
<br />Inc. on account of the sand material furnished and delivered to the
<br />real estate the sum of Five Hundred Fifty-r^ive '=end ',91180 Dollars
