<br />appurtenances thereto, for the transportation of gas, gasoline, oil, petroleum products,

<br />Gas Camp3ny, Int., its successors and assigns, sa long as such pipe lints, and appur-
<br />tenances hereto, shah be maintained; toge.er with the ri~;nt of ingress to and egress
<br />from said premises far Lhr rurr•~se of surveying, constructing, installing, maintaining,
<br />re_neving, repairing, replacir.~.lnd operating the property of Grantee located thereto,
<br />ar the removal th~area*, ir. whole or in part, at will of Grantee. Granters retain [he
<br />right to w-e and enjoy said premises, subje.t only to the right of Grantee to use the
<br />same far the purpases herein expressed.
<br />(1} Grantee agrees to la} alI pipe hereunder at such depth as ::at to interfere with the
<br />Cultivation of the sail, to ray Granters any damap,es to grovinp, crops, fences ar other
<br />improvements whirl; may arise from the enerations of Grantee; any such damage, ii not
<br />mutually agreed upon,~to be ascertained and determined by three disincer2sted persons,
<br />one of whom shall be ap?ointed by Grantors, or their assigns, one by Grantee, and the
<br />third tihasan vy the two so appointed. The written award of a majority of such three
<br />persons shall t+e fi_nal and cantlusive upan the parties hereto.

<br />of an initial pipe line hereunder, to canst Hitt and instal3 one or more additional pipe
<br />lines hereunder upan payment to Grantors, their hairs or assigns of an additional sum
