<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys

<br />CITY Gr GRAND ISL~vD, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called
<br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way
<br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, reglace, and remove
<br />a sanitary sewer, manholes, surface markers, and ether appurtenances
<br />accessary for sanitary sewer operation and maintenance, upon, in,
<br />and thraugh the East twelve (12~ feet, or 3.bSS meters, of a tract
<br />of land in part of Lat 2b of County Subdivision of the West` Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (WzSW4) of Section 10, Tawnship 11 North,
<br />Mange ~ West of the bth P_AS., Hall County, Nebraska, more particu-
<br />larly described as fellows:
<br />Commencing ar the point of intersection of the
<br />easterly Sine of Poplar Street with the southerly
<br />line of said Lat 2b; thence easterly upon the southerly
<br />line of said Lot 26 a distance of 137 feet; thence
<br />northerly parallel to the eas~erly line of Poplar
<br />Street a distance of 6b feet; thence westerly parallel
<br />with the southerly line of said Lot 25 a distance of
<br />137 feet; thence southerly along the easterly line of
<br />Paplar Street a distance of bb feet to the pal^t of
<br />beginning, as spawn on the plat marked Exhibit "A"
<br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and
<br />egress under and across such Land for the purpose of exercising the
<br />rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, mots,
<br />brush, and other abstructiors from the surface of such tract. Any
<br />such utilities and appurtenances placed upon and under such tract
<br />of land shall remain the praperty of the Grantee a_nd ?*~ay be removed
<br />ar replaced at any time.
<br />The Granter, far herself, her heirs, executers, administrators,
<br />successors and assigns, hereby covenants that no 'fluildings, fences,
<br />or structures shall be erected ar permitted on said tract, and
<br />that the easement herein granted shall run with the title to such
