<br />and under the probated last Will and Codicil of Martha Rauert,
<br />deceased, duly admitted to informal probate by the Registzar of the
<br />County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 22, 1979, for dis-
<br />tribution of real estate to the devisee entitled to distribution
<br />under the probated last Will and Codicil of Martha Rauert, deceased,
