HOWELL and ANNIE HOWELL, husband and wife each <br />in his and her own name and right and as spouse o€ each other, <br />called °HOwells" execute this Grant of Mutual Basements for creating <br />easements of mutual benefit to Smiths and Howells in real estate <br />separately owned by them located in Wood River, Hall County. <br />Nebraska. <br />1. Recitals. <br />l.i Smiths are now the owners of the following described real <br />estate is Hail County, Nebraska: The North One Half (N 1/2) of <br />Lots Seven {7) and Eight (8), Block Nine (9), in MacColl and <br />LeFlang's Addition to the Village, now City, of Wood River, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded. <br />1.2 Howells are now "the owners of the following described <br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: The South One Half (S 1/2) <br />of Lots Seven {7) and Eight {8), Block Nine (9), in MacColl and <br />LeFlaag's Addition to the Village, now City, of wood River, Ha21 <br />County, iebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded. <br />1.3 A sewer line runs underground from the alley located <br />North of the real estate owned by Smiths through the Smiths' land <br />to the real estate owned by Howells and the residences of both <br />Smiths and Howells are connected to the sewer line. <br />1.4 A water line runs underground from the street located <br />SoaW of the real estate owned by Howells through the Howells' land <br />to the real estate owned by Smiths and the residences of both <br />Smiths and Howells are connected to the water sine. <br />1.5 It is for the mutually beneficial interest of both Smiths <br />and Howells both parties and their successors in interest have the <br />right to maintain, repair and replace, when necessary, the sewer <br />sine and wafter line serving the real estate owned by both parties <br />at the mutual equal expense of both parties. <br />?.
