<br />ROUSH MOBILE HOME COURT, INC., a Nebraska corporation,
<br />herein called the Grantor, in consideration of Seven Hundred
<br />Twenty Dollars ($720.00), receigt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />and of the further agreements herein stated, hereby grants
<br />and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLr1ND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in HaI1 County, Nebraska, herein
<br />called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-
<br />of-way to survey, corstruct, recanstruct, relocate, inspect,
<br />repair, replace, extend, remove, maintain, and operate thereon
<br />electrical transmission and distribution lines, consisting of
<br />pales, towers, tower foundations, down guys, anchors, cross arms,
<br />insulators, wires, supports, and other fi_xtuses, and equipment,
<br />and necessary surface markers and ether appurtenances upon, over,
<br />al°ng, above, across, underneath and through a tract of land
<br />comprising a part of Lot Three (3}, Island, situated in the North-
<br />east Quarter 0f the Southwest Quarter (NE~SWL) of Section Twenty-
<br />Three (23), 'Township 'Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (4) West of the
<br />6th P.:4., in Hall County, .Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as follows:
