<br />MICHAEL R. GQERL and PAMELA J. GOERL, husband and wife, each
<br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of

<br />acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the

<br />a municipal corporation, in Hali County, Nebraska, herein called
<br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way
<br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and

<br />appurtenances accessory for sanitary sewer operation and mainten-
<br />ance, upon, in, and through the East twelve (12) feet, ar 3.658
<br />meters, of the South 84.9 feet, or 25.877 meters, of a tract of
<br />land described as part of Lots 2b and 27 of the County Subdivision
<br />of the West Half of the .Southwest Quarter (W~SWi), Section 10,
<br />Township 11 North, Range 4 West of the bth P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows;
<br />Commencing at the point of intersection at the
<br />North sine of Loy 27 with the easterly sine of
<br />Poplar Street; thence southerly slang the easterly
<br />line of Poplar Street a distance of 146.8 feet;
<br />thence easterly parallel to the northerly line of
<br />Lot 27 a distance of 137 feet; thence northerly parallel
<br />to the eas-teriy line of said Poplar Street a distance
<br />of 14b,38 feet to the northerly Line of said Lot 27;
<br />thence westerly along the northerly line of Lot 27 a
<br />distance of 137 feet to the goint of beginning, as
<br />shown on the plat marked Exhibit ".~" attached hereto
<br />and incozporated herein by reference,
<br />togerher with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress
<br />and egress under and across such land for the purpose of exercising
<br />the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of trees, roots,
<br />brush, and other obstructions from the surface of such tract. Any
<br />such utilities and appurtenances placed upon and under such tract
<br />of land shall remain the property of the Grantee and may be remaved
<br />or replaced at any time.
