~~~~~~ <br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br />The Grantor, LUTHERAN HOSPITALS AND HOMES SOCIETY OF <br />AMERICA, a Non-profit Corporation, with its principal offices <br />in Fargo, North Dakota (also known, and taking and granting <br />title to real estate as Lutheran Hospitals and Homes Society <br />of America, Inc., of Fargo, North Dakota, and Lutheran Hospi- <br />tal and Homes Society of America) organized and existing under <br />and by virtue of the laws of the State of North Dakota, in <br />consideration of THIRTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HL'NARED DOLLARS <br />($13,500.00) received from the Grantee, grants, bargains, <br />sells, conveys, transfers and confirms unto the Grantee, <br />LEO M. ADAMS and SHIRLEY H. ADAMS, as tenants in common, the <br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Two (2), Medical Park Fourth Subdivision, <br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises together with all tn~ne- <br />ments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging untc <br />the Grantee, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns. <br />Grantor, for itself and its successors, covenants with <br />Grantee that: <br />I= Grantor is 3awfully seised of the premises. <br />2. The real estate shall not be used for an abor- <br />tioa clinic. <br />2. The real estate shall be used only far the loca- <br />tion of Offices or clinics for the professional <br />practice of medicine and surgary by physicians <br />and the professional practice of dentistry by <br />dentists duly licensed by the State of Nebraska. <br />3.
