1 <br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br />The Grantor, LUTHERAN HOSPITALS AND HOMES SOCIETY OF <br />AMERICA, a Non-Profit Corporation, with its principal offices <br />in Fargo, North Dakota (also known, and taking and granting <br />title to real estate as Lutheran Hospitals and Homes Society <br />flf America, Inc., of Fargo, North Aakota, and Lutheran Hospi- <br />tal and Homes Society of America} organized and existing <br />under and by virtue of the laws o£ the State of North Dakota, <br />in consideration of THIRTEEN THOUS.~ND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />($13,500.00) received from the Grantee, grants, bargains, <br />sells, conveys, transfers and confirms unto the Grantees, <br />MAXINE M. BRUGH, an undivided 52/100 interest, GEORGE E. <br />BRUGH, an undivided 24/100 interest, and CYNTHIA K. BARK, an <br />undivided 24/100 interest, as tenants in common, the following <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Throe {3), Medical Park Fourth Sub- <br />division, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hail county, ~vebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises together with all tene- <br />ments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto <br />the Grantees, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns. <br />Grantor, for itself and its successors, covenants with <br />Grantees that: <br />1. Grantor is lawfully seised of the premises. <br />2. The premises are free from encumbrance. <br />3. The premises are conveyed subject to covenants, <br />conditions, restrictions, reservations, and <br />easements of record. <br />4. Grantor has good right and lawful authori~y <br />to convey the premises_ <br />5. Grantor warrants and wilt defend the title to <br />the premises against the lawful claims of alt <br />persons whomsoever. <br />The premises are conveyed subject to the following ex- <br />press restrictions aced conditions agreed to by the Grantees <br />by acceptance and delivery of this deed. <br />1. The real estate shall not be used for an abor- <br />tlfln clinic. <br />2. The real estate shall be used only for the lo- <br />cation of offices flr clinics for the professional <br />practice of medicine and surgery by physicians <br />and the professional practice of dentistry by <br />dentists or for a dental laboratory for the <br />exclusive use of dentists duly licensed by the <br />State of Nebraska. <br />3. Grantees and Grantees` successors, heirs and <br />assigns era prohibited frflm subdividing the lot. <br />1.
