GREEN, as husband and <br />wife, and in their own right, Grantor, whether one or more, <br />in consideration of Fourteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty <br />Dollars ($14,580.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />conveys to RALPH A. GUNDERSON, a single person, Grantee, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. <br />~ 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Number r^ive (5) Hidden Lakes Subdivision <br />Number Four (4), Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants, jointly and severally, with the Grantee <br />that Grantor: <br />1. Is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it .vs <br />free from encumbrances, subject to easements, conditions and <br />restrictions of record; <br />2. Has legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />same; <br />3. Warrants and will defend the title to the real estate <br />against the lawful. claims of all persons; and <br />4. it is further agreed that no structure shall be erected <br />upon this Lot without the installation of Shake Shingles. In <br />event purchasers should sell the Lot referred to above, they <br />hereby agree to reguire the purchasers from them to abide by <br />this agreement, and any and all successors in interest in said <br />property.
