ASSIGNMENT This ASSIGNMENT is made this , 3'" day of November, 1979, by and between MAYHEW PRODUCTS CORPORATION, a Nebraska Corporation, ASSIGNOR, and MUTUAL SIGN GO., INC., a Nebraska Corporation, ASSIGNEE. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ASSIGNOR, in consideration of ASSIGNEE assuming $559.411.73 worth of debt obligations of ASSIGNOR, more specifically set forth in a Contract dated October ~, 1979, between the parties hereto; does hereby sell, assign and transfer unto ASSIGNEE all of ASSIGNOR'S right, title and interest in and to: (I} A certain LEASE AND AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF HALL, NEBRASKA as lessor and hiAYHEW PRODUCTS CORP. as lessee dated November 15, 1973; and recorded at Boak 26, Page 1 of the Hall County Register of Deeds, (2) A CONTRACT dated November 15, 1973 by and between Iv1AYHEW PRODUCTS CORP., a Nebraska corporation and the COUNTY OF HALL, NEBRASKA, and (3) All of ASSIGNOR'S right, title and interest in and to the following described REAL ESTATE, to-wit: A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Six (6), Vass Subdivision of part of the Southeast ~3uarter o.f the Southwest t~uarter {SE}SW}} and part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter (SW{SE}) of Section Eieuen (il), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6t1`i P.M., in Hali County, Nebraska, mare particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Lat Six {6); thence Southerly along the east line of said Lot Six {6), a distance of Four Hundred Ninety Five and Thirty Two Hundredths Feet (495.32'); thence itiesterly along a line Two Hundred Eighty Seven Feet (287.U") North of and parallel to the South line of said Lat Six (6), a distance of Three hundred Sixty Twa and Five Tenths Feet (362.5') ; thence deflecting right 90°Ot?" and running Northerly a distance of Three Hundred Nineteen and Twenty Seven 1undredths Feet (319.27'), to the Southerly right of way line c?t l?,S.
