<br />THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND IN THE COUNTY
<br />OF HALL IN THE STATE OF NEBRASKA, as Grantor, for
<br />Ore and no(100 uoilars {$i.00? consideration, receipt Of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation, in Ha11 County, Nebraska, as Grantee, a
<br />perpetual right-of-way and easement to construct, operate, maintain,
<br />extend, repair, replace and remove public utilities, including but
<br />not limited to, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, electric
<br />utility poles, overhead and underground power lines, manholes, pipe-
<br />lines, surface markers, and other appurtenances upon, over, along,
<br />across, underneath and through the South eight (8) feet (2.438 meters)
<br />and the East night (8) feet (2.438 meters) of a tract of land described
<br />as comprising a part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E~NE~)
<br />of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Eleven (lI) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.i~[., in Ha11 County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />_ Beginning at a point on the South lien of Valley View
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, said point being one
<br />- thousand five hundred thirty-three and two tenths (1,533.2)
<br />feet North of the Southwest Corner of the East Half of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (E~NE4), and one hundred eighty-five (1$5)
<br />- feet East of the West line of said East Half of the Northeast
<br />= Quarter (E~NE4); thence southerly parallel to the West line ~f
<br />-said East-Ralf of-the Northeast-Quarter-(E~I~E~) a dlastanee
<br />of six hundred seventeen (617) feet; thence easterly parallel
<br />to the South line of said Valley View Subdivision a distance
<br />of six hundred ninety-seven and twenty-five hundredths
<br />(697.25) feet; thence northerly parallel to said West line
<br />of the East Half of the Northeast Quarr_er (E2NE~;) a distance
<br />of six hundred seventeen (b17) feet to said South line of
<br />Valley View Subdivision; thence westerly slang and upon said
<br />South line of Valley View Subdivision a distance of six
<br />hundred ninety-seven and twenty-five hundredths (697.25)
<br />feet to the place of beginning, and containing 9.876 acres,
<br />more or less;
<br />tcagether with all rights of ingress and egress for installation
<br />and maintenaztce of such public utilities.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights
<br />necessary for the full and complete use, occupation, and enjoyment
<br />of the easement herein granted, including the right to excavate and
<br />refill ditches and trenches, and the right to remove trees, bushes,
