<br />Twenty-seven (27), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9}, West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning
<br />at a point on the West Line of said Section 27, Township 11, North, Range 9, West,
<br />said point being located 324.0 Feet Nvrth of the Northwest corner of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) of said Section 27, running thence
<br />East parallel with the South Line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
<br />quarter (SW1/4SWlj4} a distance of 660.0 Feet, running thence North parallel with
<br />the West line of said Section 27, a distance of 336.0 Feet, running thence West-
<br />parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW1/4SW1/4) a distance of 660.0 Feet, to a point on the West line of said
<br />Saction 27, running thence South along and upon the West line of said Section 27
<br />aldistance of 336.0 Feet to the point. of beginning, containing 5.090'acres, more
<br />or less, subject to County Road.
<br />All that part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty-seven (27},
<br />Township Eleven (11), North, Range Ten (10), West of the bth P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, lying South of the Union Pacific Railroad Company, as shown on the
<br />Government Survey thereof.
<br />This deed releases a second deed of trust and should not be construed to release that
<br />deed of trust between the parties hereto executed on the 27th day of October, 1977,
