<br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, Octagon Investments, Inc., a Nebraska corporation,
<br />has executed a mortgage on the following described premises:
<br />Lot One (1), in Island Acres Number 3, being
<br />a replat of Lot Fifteen (15), Island Acres,
<br />a Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Associations of Omaha,
<br />Nebraska, which mortgage is recorded as Document #79-007729 and
<br />re-recorded as Document #79-007822, in the Register of Deeds
<br />office, Hall County, Nebraska; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the same mortgagor has executed a mortgage in
<br />favor of the undersigned, Commercial National Bank & Trust Co.,
<br />which is recorded as Document #79-003273 in the Register of
<br />Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, and the undersigned is the
<br />present awrer of said mortgage; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned recognizes that the said. mortgage to
<br />Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association of Omaha, Nebraska,
<br />is a first and prior lien upon said premises,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)
<br />and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, the undersigned acknowledges the priority of the
<br />said mortgage to Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association
<br />of Omaha, Nebraska, and specifically subordinates the lien of
<br />said mortgage in favor of the undersigned, recorded as Document
<br />#79-003273 in the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to the lien of said mortgage to Commercial Federal Savings and
<br />Loan Association of Omaha, Nebraska, recorded as Document #79-007729
<br />and re-•recorded as Document #79-007822 in the Register of Deeds
<br />office, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The undersigned, by the execution of this Subardin~tion
<br />Agreement, does not release the lien of its morbg~ge in any per-
<br />ticu~ar, but-onl}r subordinates-and-makes junior--such-Lien to efte_
<br />mortgage of Commercial Federal Savings and Loan ssociation of
<br />Omaha, Nebraska.
