<br />WHEREAS, The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, 720 East Wisconsin Ave-
<br />nue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a Wisconsin corporation, hereinafter called "Northwestern",
<br />is the owner of a certain Note (which term shall be construed to include a bond of
<br />other instrument evidencing debt) secured by a lien against certain Property des-
<br />. cribed in a Lien Instrument identified as follows:
<br />Mortgage dated December 19, 1967, securing an indebtedness in the
<br />original amount of $65,000.00 executed by William V. Wolbach, a
<br />;: single man, recorded February 8, 1968 in Volume 145, page 326 in
<br />' the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />AND WHEREAS, Northwestern has been asked to release the Portion hereinafter de-
<br />scribed from the operation of the Lien Instrument;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of one dollar to it in hand acid, the receipt
<br />', of which is acknowledged, Northwestern releases from the lien of said Lien Instrument
<br />the fallowing Portion only of said Froperty: In the County of Hall, State of Nebra-
<br />ska, described as follows, to-wit:
<br />The West Half o£ the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township Nine North, Range
<br />Ten West of the 6th P.M., County of Hall, State oz Nebraska.
<br />Northwestern retains its lien upon the remainder of said Property to secure the
<br />principal sum and interest unpaid, according to the terms end conditions of said Lien
<br />InstrumenC and Note. Nothing herein contained shall affect the priority of the Lien
<br />Instrument over other liens, charges, incumbrances or conveyances nor shall it re-
<br />lease ox change the liability of any gariy who may new or hereafter be 13ahle, pri-
<br />maril,y or secondarily, under or on account of the Nate, th€~ right of reeaurse agalt4~t
<br />each such party being expressly reserved.
