Boliicig, you have been renting these premises <br />from her on a month to month basis pending your purchase of the <br />premises pursuant to the terms of the Uniform Purchase Agreement <br />dated December il, 1978. Mrs. Bolling has informed us that you <br />have breached this agreement by failing to secure financing far <br />the purchase within a reasonable amount of time and failing to , <br />claw the purchase within 30 days after the delivery of the <br />abstract as pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
