BOHNART, husband and wife, <br />Grantors, in consideration of severance of joint tenancy owr_ership <br />of the real estate described in this Deed and conveyance to the <br />joint tenant owner contributing the consideration for acquisition of <br />the real estate, grant, convey and confirm unto ANDREW C. BOHNART, <br />Grantee, the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section Thirty-Four (34), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12} West of the 6th <br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the real estate, together with all tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto Grantee and <br />Grantee's heirs and assigns. <br />Grantors covenant with Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns: <br />1. The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions, <br />restrictions, reservations, easements, of record and visible ease- <br />ments, if any; <br />2. The real estate is conveyed subject to the real estate mortgage <br />of record which Grantee assumes and agrees to pay as the same becomes <br />due; and <br />3.
