<br />Notice is hereby given th t pursua~n"t,to a Contract For
<br />Sale of Real Estate dated ~~-C~~n.t+-~-Z' t;t,'7 19~,
<br />William G. Heusel, also known as William G. Huesei, and Mona
<br />M. Heusel, husband and wife, Gerald L. Heusel and Mildred M.
<br />Heusel, husband and wife, Marilyn M. Eberspacher and Eimer
<br />Dean Eberspacher, wife and husband, Lorton G. Heusel, a single
<br />person, and Logan H. Heusel and Miriam C. Heusel, husband and
<br />wife, as Sellers, have sold to Howard J. Uhrich and C. Sue
<br />Uhrich

<br />husband and wife, Buyers, as joint tenants, and Buyers have
<br />purchased from Sellers, the following described real property
<br />located in Haii County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />The East Half of the South Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (E ZSZNE;) of Section Twenty (20), Township
<br />Ten (10} North, Range Twelve (12), West of the
<br />6th P.P1., Hall County, Nebraska, Subject to easements
<br />of record, restrictions, and existing roads, and
<br />reserving unto the Grantors, their successors and
<br />assigns, a permanent easement for the purpose of
<br />ingress and egress to the West Half of the South
<br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (W~S2NE;) of Section
<br />Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which easement shall be over, along and across the
<br />South 30 feet of the East Half of the South Half of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (E~S~NEq) of Section Twenty
<br />(20), Township Ten (10) North, Range fiwelve (12}
<br />West of the the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The final payment of said Contract For Sale of Reai Estate,

<br />if not sooner made, is due and payable on December 1, 1989.
<br />A fully executed copy of said Contract For Sale of Real
<br />Estate, an executed Warranty Deed from Sellers to Buyers, and
<br />the Abstract of Title have been delivered to the First State
<br />Bank, Shelton, Nebraska, to be held by it as Escrow Agent in
<br />accordance with said Contract. Payments under the Contract are
<br />tq be made to the Escrow Agent and disbursed by it as provided
<br />in said Contract,
<br />Buyers are to pay the 1980 and subsequent real estate
<br />taxes and the parties hereby notify Hall County, Nebraska,
