<br />NOTICE OF CONTRACT FOR SALE Of REAL ESTATE
<br />Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Contract for
<br />Sale of Reai Estate dated ~51,~-~,, -.1:% ~`X 19~,
<br />William G. Heusel, also known as William G. Huesei, and Mona
<br />M. Heusel, husband and wife, Gerald L. Heusel and Dtildred M.
<br />Heusel, husband and wife, Marilyn M. Eberspacher and Elmer
<br />Dean Eberspacher, wife and husband, Lorton u. Heusel, a single
<br />person, and Logan H. Heusel and Miriam C. Heusel, husband and
<br />wife, as Sellers, have sold to Douglas D. Thompson and Dianne
<br />L. Thompson, ,
<br />husband and wife, Buyers, as joint tenants, and Buyers have
<br />purchased from Sellers, the following described real property
<br />located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />The West Half of the South Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (W~SZNEq) of Section Twenty (20}, Township
<br />1'en (1D) North, Range Twelve (12}, West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, togeiher with
<br />rights reserved by Sellers over, along and across
<br />the South 30 feet of the East Half of the South
<br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (E ZSZNE;) of Section
<br />Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />for ingress and egress to the said W~SZNE;, subject
<br />to easements of record, restrictions, and existing
<br />roads.
<br />The final payment of said Contract For Sale of Real Estate,
<br />if not sooner made, is due and payable on December I, 1989.
<br />A fully executed copy of said Contract For Sale of Real
<br />Estate, an executed Warranty Deed from Sellers to Buyers, and
<br />the Abstract of Title have been delivered to the First State
<br />Bank, Shelton, Nebraska, to be held by it as Escrow Agent in
<br />accordance with said Contract. Payments under the Contract are
<br />to be made to the Escrow Agent and disbursed by it as provided
<br />in said Contract.
<br />Buyers are to pay the 1980 and subsequent real estate
<br />taxes and the parties hereby notify Hall County, Nebraska,
