I2dC. <br />as Lessees, dated NOVEMBER 30 1979 covering the <br />following describe pezsona. property: Full Description of Personal <br />Property} (1) Behlen Steel Building 200' R 60' X 8' Total Hog Confinement Farrowing <br />Building, including waterers, feeders, crates, automatic feed system, gatework, stalls, <br />and any other attached personal property. <br />hereinafter referred to as "equipment", and now located or to be <br />located in the County of HALL State of NEBRASKA <br />legally described as follows: <br />' SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED. <br />For One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, being the legal owner (herein- <br />after "Owner") of the above described real property pending completion <br />of a real estate contract, hereby agrees as follows: (7.) To waive <br />any claim or right to levy distraint upon the above described equipment <br />to be installed in the aforesaid premises and to be held in lien by <br />IFG LEASING COR1PAtvY, its successors or assigns, until such `time as all <br />'moneys due on such lease shall have been paid in full; (2) To waive all <br />-right to claim that such equipment and all replacements and additions <br />thereto are or at any time will become fixtures, notwithstanding the <br />',installation thereof in any manner upon the premises; (3) That in the <br />even*_ of default by Lessees under the lease agreement, the Lessor may <br />enter uport~the premises and take possession of and remove the equipment, <br />"or otherw§e exercise its Yight or power without notice to the under- <br />signed. This Consent to Enter will continue in full force and effect <br />until_Lessee has fully complied with all the terms and conditions of the <br />lease; and (4) That in the event of a default by the Lessees under the <br />term of the real estate contract, the Owner agrees to give the Lessor <br />thirty (30) days notice of such default and an additional sixty (b0) <br />days from the date of said notice to remove said equipment f-am the <br />premises.
