<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />The undersigned, Donald w. Hand, attorney for John R.
<br />Hanlon, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Commissioner of
<br />Labor of the State of Nebraska, does hereby certify that Howard
<br />Hunt, doing business as Cottage Cafe, doing business in Aurora,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is indebted to the Unemployment Compensation
<br />Fund of the State of Nebraska for contributions due on his
<br />employment for the second and third quarters of 1979 in the sum
<br />of $334.37, and interest in the sum of $11.78, with interest at
<br />the rate of one percent per month on the sum of $334.37, from
<br />December 31, 1979.
<br />By reason thereof, said John R. Hanlon, as Commissioner
<br />of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund, hereby
<br />claims a lien in the sum of $346.15, with interest at the rate of
<br />one percent per month on the sum of $334.37, until paid, upon any
<br />and all property, real or personal, of said Howard Hunt, doing
<br />business as Cottage Cafe, and specifically claims a lien on the
<br />following described real estate:
