<br />That we, Robert J. Wheeler and Nancy L. 'vJheeler, Husband & Wife,
<br />and Norman A. Buck and Betty JoArn Buck, Husband & Wife, and Delbert
<br />D. Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer, Husband & Wife, as Sellers;
<br />and Yund-Sutherland Apartments, Ltd, A Limited Partnership, as Buyers,
<br />have entered into a Contract for the sale of the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />Lots Three (3), Four (4}, Five (5), and Six (6}, Block One
<br />Hundred Fifty Two (152), Union Pacific Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall. County, Nebraska,
<br />a71 as provided in a Contract for Conditional Sale of Land previously
<br />entered into between the parties.
<br />The terms of` sale are, among other things, that the Sellers shall
<br />pay the real estate taxes due for tine year 1979 and that the Buyer shall
<br />pay all real estate taxes thereafter, and the parties hereby notify Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, that all real estate tax statements for 1980 and
<br />thereafter shall be mailed to Paul M. and Sharon L. Clark, X36 Ghanti.l~r,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska.
