That he is the duly elected, appointed and qualified pastor of The Church of the Nazarene of Grand Island, Nebraska, an incorpora- ted religious association. This corporation operates The First Church of the Nazarene, 1020 West 6th Street, Grand Island. Nebraska. 2. That on March 8, 1979, The First Church of the Nazarene re- ceived approval, in written form, from the District Superintendent, Reverend Walter Lanman, for-the Church to purchase the real estate legally described as follows: Lot Three (3) in Block Eleven (11} in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 3. That on March 11, 1979, a special meeting of the members of the corporation was held and vote was taken and a majority of the members present voted to approve the purchase of the following- -- described real estate: Lat Three (3) in Block Eleven (11) in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, R'his sp~;ciai meeting was caned for the purpose of voting on the purchase of this real estate. 4. That the governing body of the Church held a special meeting to consider the purchase of the heretofore-described real estate and by a majority vote voted to approve the purchase. 5.
