'' ~~~^~. <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />EDITH M. LOWRY, a single person, in consideration of <br />One Dollar ($1.00) and love and affection, receipt of which <br />is hereby acknowledged, conveys to CAROL A. QUANT, an un- <br />divided 1.1248 interest and to EVELYN J. KRUGER, an un- <br />divided 1.124 interest, as tenants in common, Grantees, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev. Stet. X76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The West Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(W 1/2 SW 1/4), the Southeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4 SWI/4) and <br />Lot Four (4), on Mainland in Section <br />Twenty Eight (28}, and Lot One (1), on <br />Mainland in Section Twenty Nine (29), <br />all in Township Ten (10), North, Rarge <br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantees that Grantor is <br />lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from <br />encumbrances except easements and restriction of record and <br />a mortgage to the Federal Land Bank which Grantees agree <br />to assume; that Grantor has legal power and lawful authority <br />to convey the same; and that Grantor warrants and will de- <br />fend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims <br />of all persons. <br />It is the Grantor's intent to convey property to each <br />Grantee of a value of less than $3,000 based upon the gross <br />value of the real estate of $266,800. <br />Executed December 19 1974. <br />Edith M.
