<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL COREPRESENTATIVES
<br />Grantors, LEONARD GRAF and GORDON GRAF, the duly appointed and
<br />qualified Personal Corepresentatives under the probated last Will of
<br />Gesina Graf, deceased, acting under Letters of Personal Corepre-
<br />sentatives issued to them on December 26, 1978, by Fern A. Place,
<br />Registrar of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and under
<br />the last Will of Gesina Graf, deceased, duly admitted to informal
<br />proY>ate by th..e Registrar of the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on December 26, 1978, for distribution of real estate to
<br />the devisee entitled to distribution under the probated last Wiil of
<br />Gesina Graf, deceased, convey, release and distribute to SHARON
<br />JOHNSON, devisee in subparagraph 8.2 of the probated last Will of
<br />Gesina Graf, deceased, Grantee, the following described real estate
<br />(as defined in Section 76-201, R.R.S. 1943) in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />An undivided one-half interest in the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW~t) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Ten (YO) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the gremises, together with all tenements,
<br />h€rcd.ltaluentB and appurtenances therato belangiiag u:.to Grantee and
<br />to Grantee's heirs and assigns.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions,
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements of record, visible easements
<br />and zoning laws, rules and regulations.
<br />Grantors reserve the landlord's crop rent share for the .1979-80
<br />crop season.
