DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL COREPRESENTATIF7ES
<br />Grantors, LEONARD GRAF and GORDON GRAF, the duly appointed and
<br />qualified. Personal Corepresentatives under the probated last will of
<br />Gesina Graf, deceased, acting under Letters of Personal Corepresenta-
<br />tives issued to them on December 26, 1978, by Ferr_ A. Place, Registrar
<br />of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and under the last
<br />Will of Gesina Graf, deceased, duly admitted to informal probate by
<br />the Registrar of tY:e County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />December 26, 1978, for distribution of real estate to the devisees
<br />entitled to distribution under the probated last Will of Gesina Graf,
<br />deceased, convey, release and distribute to LEONARD GRAF and GORDON
<br />GRAF, Trustees of the testamentary trust created in the probated
<br />last Will of Gesina Graf, deceased, Grantees, the following described
<br />real estate tas defined in Section 76-201, R.R.S. 1943) in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />An undivided one-half interest in the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NWT; of Section Thirteen (13), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TO HA~/E AND TO HOLD the premises, together with alI tenements,
<br />herQditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto Grantees and
<br />to Grantees' successors and assigns.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions,
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements of record, visible easements
<br />and zoning laws, rules and regulations.
<br />Grantors reserve the landlord's crop rent share for the 1979-80
<br />crop season.
