Weir, Sr. , and Joyce A. Weir, as <br />' defendants, the object and prayer of said petition being to foreclose a real estate <br />r <br />mortgage covering the following described real estate: <br />Lot Twenty-four (24), in ARGO FOURTH SUBDIVfSION in the Village <br />of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which mortgage was given by said defendants to Banco Mortgage Company and <br />then assigned to plaintiff.
