<br />WHEREAS, a certain deed was given dated May 26, 1978 and recorded as
<br />document no. 78-003665 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to the covenants, conditions and
<br />restrictions contained therein, and
<br />WHEREAS, the said deed provides that upon completion of the (construction)

<br />furnish the purchaser with a certificate of completion, and
<br />WHEREAS, the purchaser has completed the (construction) OCi~Ee~x
<br />of the improvements called for in said deed, and
<br />WHEREAS, the Community Development Agency, of the City of Grand Island
<br />Nebraska has completed all of its obligations contained in said deed, as seller,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, The Community Development Agency of the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, hereby certifies that the said purchaser has completed the (construction)
<br />FSisB#~ of the improvements called for in the said deed. This certi-
<br />ficate constitutes a conclusive determination of the satisfaction and termina-
<br />tion of Che covenants and agreements in said contract and deed with respect
