. 791 .;, :'.; _~ <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />HOLIDAY GARDEN SUBDZVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Theodore N. Jamson, Executor of the Estate of <br />Nick Jamson, deceased, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of <br />a tract of land comprising a part of Lot Eight ($), Home Subdivision <br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Lot Eight (8), <br />Home Subdivision, in the Northwest Quarter (NW 4) of Section <br />Nine (9), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; thence running easterly along the North line <br />of said Lot Eight (8) a distance of five hundred seventy- <br />seven and six-tenths (577.6) feet to the Northeast Corner <br />of said Lot Eight (8) and also being a point on the westerly <br />line of Wheeler Avenue; thence running southeasterly along <br />the' westerly line of Wheeler Avenue a distance of two <br />I hundred thirty-five and one-tenth (235.1) feet; thence <br />running westerly a distance of six hundred ninety and five- <br />', tenths (690.5) feet to a point on Lhe West line of said <br />Lot, Eight (8); thence running northerly along the West <br />', ' line of said Lot Eight (8} a distance of two hundred six <br />and one-tenth (20b.1) feet to the point of beginning, and <br />containing 2.996 acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land which is located within the corporate limits of the Gity of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of sue:. City <br />far acceptance as provided by Iaw an accurate map and plat of such <br />', proppsed subdivision to be known as Holiday Garden Subdivision., de~gn- <br />ating explicitly the land to be '_aid out, and particularly describing <br />the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots desig- <br />nating by numbers, and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause <br />the pJ.at of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional <br />Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by s+=ch <br />owner, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, <br />and to contain a dedication of the easements to the use of public <br />utilities.
