7~-- x~=; <br />CONTRACT FOR CONDITIONAL SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />THIS AGREEi~tENT, made and entered into this 25th day of October <br />19 79 by and between Brad Booth a single mar., herein called <br />the "Seller", and Dennis b'feyer hereinafter called the "Buyer" <br />as follows: <br />1. Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to purchase the <br />following described real property : Lot Thirty--Four (34), in Block Six (6), <br />Unit One Continent2.l Gardens, An Additian to `Ihe City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />aka #34 Chantilly, Grand Island, Nebraska <br />2. Buyer agrees to pay as the total purchase price $5~It000 <br />as follows: <br />a. $10.OQ with the execution of this contract, receipt of <br />which is hereby acknowledged by the Seller. <br />b. The balance of the purchase price in the amount of t~5rI,000, <br />shall be paid in 36 monthly payments on the 1st day of each <br />calendar month beginning January 1, 1980, with interest upon the unpaid <br />balance at the rate of 10'~~ per annum in accordance with the attached <br />schedule of payments, marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br />Herein by reference, with monthly principal and interest payments in the <br />amount of $493.00 per month, with the balance of the principal and <br />interest due being payable on the lst day of January , 19 83 <br />_~ <br />as fine.;. payment hereunder. <br />c.
