79-- ~~, <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF ARIZONA, COUNTY OF YUMA: <br />Under oath, I declare: <br />1. I, Charles W. Hetrick, a resident of the State of Arizona, am <br />the son of Hattie K. Hetrick, party of the first Bart, and <br />Charles S. Hetrick, party of the second part, respectively, in <br />the Quit Claim Deed dated June 8, 1472, filed of record in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July <br />21, 1972, recorded in Book 168 of Deeds at page 268, whereby <br />Hattie K. Hetrick, of the first part, quitclaimed to Charles S. <br />Hetrick, of the second part, the following described real estate <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The South Haif of the Southeast Quarter fS~ SEA) of <br />Section Thirty-Three (33), Township Ten (14), Range <br />Twelve (12), Hall County, Nebraska. <br />'2. I know of my own personal knowledge tha•~. on June 8, 1972, the <br />date the Quit Claim Deed described in the foregoing paragraph of <br />this Affidavit was executed and delivered, Hattie K. Hetrick, <br />party of the first part, and Charles S. Hetrick, party of the <br />second part, both of whom are my parents, were married and were <br />husband .and wife. <br />~- <br />{ChaslYs W.
