<br />ADDENDUM TO LEASE <br />WHEREAS, on the day of ~'t `~'~N;~ , 1976, effective <br />on the 15th day of March, 1977, a lease agreement was entered- into <br />by and between Arthur P. Terry and Maxine M, Terry, husband and wife, <br />therein and herein referred to as Lessors, and Quirk Land & Cattle <br />Co., a Nebraska corporation, therein and herein referred to as Lessee, <br />of certain farm properties in Hall County, Nebraska, in the vicinity <br />of the Platte River with detailed descriptions thereof set forth in <br />said lease agreement; <br />WHEREAS, such Lessors are the owners of an additianal 27.95 acres <br />more or less adjoining such properties described in the lease which <br />they desire to continue to hold as a separate tract of land, which <br />property the Lessee also desires to use in conjunction with the pro- <br />perty, the subject of the lease referred to above, and the Lessors <br />are willing to permit the use of such premises in conjunction with <br />such lease property based upon certain limitations; <br />IT IS NOW THEREFORE agreed that the lease agreement set forth <br />in the recitation above be amended, changed a:r~3 added to as folloo;as <br />1. The property described as follows: <br />Government Lot No, 1 in the Nort~awest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW'~NW~) of Section Thirty-Six (36}, <br />Township Ten (10), North, Rdnge Ten (10), West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 27.95 <br />acres, more or less. <br />is hereby added to the said lease agreement and is <br />subject to all of the provisions of such lease agree- <br />ment, EXCEPTING for the- terms of Paragraph 16 of such <br />lease agreement. <br />2. The property described at Item 1, above, shall be used <br />by the Lessee for hay purposes only. <br />- - 3. As further consideration-for the lea3ing of-such hay <br />property described at Item 1, above, the Lessee agrees <br />to furnish all necessary labor required to fence the <br />northerly boundary line (ir an easterly and westerly <br />direction) of such tract of land described at Ttem 1, <br />above, with the Lessors to furnish all materials re- <br />quired for such fencing. <br />and that the Iease agreement referred to in the recitations above is <br />hereby in all other manner whatsoever ratified and confirmed except <br />as set forth above. <br />The Lessors and Lessee have caused their respective names to be <br />signed to duplicate originals this .~.~ day of ~~.~Q~ , 1976, <br />with-the foregoing to take effect on March 15, 1977. <br />Y <br />Arthur P.
