<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />SS. AFFICAVIT <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />THOMAS CORKLE, being first duly sworn, states as <br />follows: <br />1. That he is a Vice-President of the Commercial <br />National Bank and Trust Company of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />2. That on the 11th day of September, 1976, a <br />promissory note in the principal sum of $8,000, dated <br />Navember 24, 1975, from Rex Carpenter and Jonadyne A. <br />Carpenter, to Personalized Homes, Inc., and Edward R. <br />Jenkins and Charlanne M. Jenkins, was assigned to the <br />Commercial National Bank and Trust Company for value <br />received. That said note was secured by a real estate <br />mortgage, dated November 24, 1975, conveying the fol- <br />lowing described real estate: <br />Lot Eleven {11), Ravenwood Subdivision, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which mortgage was recorded as Document No. 78-007677 in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, <br />Nebraska, being a re-recording of the mortgage filed at <br />Book 171 of Mortgages at Page 66, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds-of Hall County, Nebraska, and which <br />re-recording was done to indicate the assignment of the <br />mortgage to the Commercial National Bank and Trust Com- <br />pany. <br />3. That the mortgagors were Rex Carpenter and <br />Jonadyne A. Carpenter, and the mortgagees were Persona- <br />lized Homes, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, and Edward R. <br />Jenkins and Charlanne M. Jenkins. That said mortgage <br />specifically refers to the note set forth above. That <br />Affiant knows of his own knowledge, and as an officer <br />of the Commercial National Bank and Trust Company, that <br />_ _ said note has beesa paid in full accordi~-ig t6 its t~'riYca <br />and conditions to the Commercial National Bank and Trust <br />Company, and is now cancelled, void, fully paid, and of <br />no effect. Further that the underlying obligation of <br />said mortgage is now paid in full. <br />4.
