<br />Grantor, CHARLES COMPANY, a general partnership, consisting of
<br />Charles W. Hetrick and Rowland L. Hetrick as partners, with principal
<br />place of business at 3125 South t3arion, Englewood, Colorado, in con-
<br />sideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
<br />SEVENTY-FZVE DOLLARS {$170,975.00) paid by LOREN D. BILSLEND, Grantee,
<br />to Rowland L. Hetrick, Successor Trustee of the Trust created by the
<br />Deed of Trust made on June 8, 1972, by and between Charles S.
<br />Hetrick, of the City of Englewood, County of Arapahoe, State of
<br />Colorado, Settlor, and Charles S. Hetrick, Trustee, geitclaims and
<br />conveys to LOREN D. BILSLEND, Grantee, the following described real
<br />estate {as defined in Section 76-201, R.R.S. 1943) in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:

<br />Section Thirty-Three (33}, Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, except that part conveyed to Southern
<br />Nebraska Rural Public Power District by Deed dated
<br />July 20, 1953, recorded in she Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 107 of Deeds,
<br />at page 583, containing apprax.imately .445 Acre, more
<br />or lass.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions,
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements of record, visible easements,
<br />and coning laws, rules and regulations.
